Chainrings

I've made chainrings from 60t to 120t in 110, 130, and 135 five bolt BCD, and 94, 104, and Rotor crank four bolt BCD. I make all my chainrings out of 3/16 7071 aluminum with dual Lexan chaingaurds. Chainrings start at $250.

These are primarily used for single chainring applications, they do not have any shift ramps or pins, but the teeth are machined offset to the inside for use in double chainring applications. I have used them in double chainring applications and they shift ok, though not as quick or clean as a ramped and pinned chainring. You should note that your rear derailer will only compensate for a 24-35t change in gearing if you're considering running a double chainring setup.

Freehubs and cogs

I have the profile of Shimano and Nuvinci Freehub bodies. Custom freehub bodies and custom cogs are available. Want a 32t SS freehub body cog for your snow bike? No problem. Custom streamliner middrive? Yep, I can help there too.

The Nuvinci hub has a freewheel of sorts built in, so I've copied the mini freehub profile so I can make cogs to match my chainline. Having this profile also allows me to make cogs smaller than 15t, custom cog belt pulleys, or possibly even make a small cassette or cassette driver.

Torsion bar/tensioner
This one is made to match the der hanger on an Xtracycle. The shifter pod on the Nuvinci hub is in the way of the der hanger, so you can't use any sort of traditional chain tensioner on it, and the tension bar that Nuvinci sends along doesn't line up with the der hole on the Xtracycle. Two birds, one stone. The parts are stainless and aluminum, with a delrin idler and two sealed skate bearings. $120

Tired of carrying two wrenches around for your Nuvinci hub? This one fits bot axle nuts and the common 8mm nuts used to mount racks and fenders.
